Disrespect and fobbing off complaints by not responding

Store Manager and butchery manager and another staff member again Sat 16th smoking at your entrance by the bottle store. Nice advert for checkers!!!! We have to walk through this stench to get into your shop!!! Posted 6 months ago still no reply of below.... "Nearly a year down the line your Noordheuwel store still does not always accept tap and go on some tills. The store advised me they have reported this many times to your IT department but there has not been resolution. The other issue which I have raised before is the staff standing outside your store on the sidewalk smoking. Cant they go to the back of your store outside??
