Disrepectful staff members

We live at back of Checkers Cobble Walk... Not only do we need to deal with constant truck idling of deliveries and late night noise because of gates being locked... now during the day we have to deal with staff members sitting in the area at the back of their work place and make noise. These people range from yelling at each other and hysterically laughing to having their boyfriends over and inappropriate displays of affection while their car radio is playing music at max volumes. Now as far a it goes to shopping at your establishment will never happen because of the poor services these same people give us because we have asked them from the balcony of our home to keep it down. This is just unacceptable behaviour and no respect for tenants living in this area. I will never support a store who even employs people of this calibre.
