Dishonest

I bought a full roast chicken, upon opening the paper bag I saw that the drumstricks were removed. This is dishonest as you pay for a full chicken. This Checker is in the midst of old age homes and retirement villages....I wonder how many elderly people bought a chicken, where the drumsticks have been removed?
