disguting service ever experienced

I have purchased a bus ticket from the money market at the centurion mall on the 7/6/2015, I have repeatedly advised the lady that was assisting me, that I needed a ticket for the 8/6/2015. departing from Midrand, it was just before the shop could close, the lady that assisted me, messed the ticket sooo badly, the spelling of the names, the departing location, instead of Midrand, she captured johnnesburg,under the impression that the bus was leaving from Midrand only after, confirming later on, on the 7/6/2015 I was told the buss is leaving from jhb and needed to pay an additional 200 plus to correct the ticket. which I was told that I needed to sign the ticket when purchasing, on the 8/6/2015, when I called checkers at centurion, I was told that I needed to come into the shop to sort this issue out, when I arrived there, I was told are you the one who called, the lady that assisted me was so rude, she was literally shouting over her voice having a argument with me, in full view of all shoppers, I truly believe this is no way to treat customers, there is no level of respect and humility, it also seemed like the people that work there are uncouth and barbaric, and have zero literacy
