Disgusting Treatment from Checkers 60

Checkers blocked me from the 60 app with no communication apparently for excessive claims. They have failed to provide me with information of how mu h my claims amounted to vs my spend on the app. I have only ever claimed for defective goods which are a frequent esp. On perishable goods from their Allen's Nek store. I have also asked them on numerous occasions to change my store from Allen's Nek to Kwena Sq which they cannot do. I recently ordered ice cream on the app which arrived melted due and so I claimed on the app for this, they then blocked me from the app. I will never support this brand again. I spend way more money than I have ever claimed for defective goods which are well within my right as a paying customer.
