Disgusting Staff/Bakery

On the 6/12/2020, my birthday. I went into the bluff branch to get some cakes, needless to say my day was spoilt by idiots who think they are doing me favor by coming to work. The staffing at your bakery is perthitic, I stool in front someone behind the counter who I assumed was there to help us, however we found ourselves shouting out for assistance, as they all seemed to not notice us having their very important discussions. I had picked out 3 cakes which was behind the counter, and as we walked away in less then 2mintues,I had noticed a hair in one of the cakes. So I turned around and headed back to the counter to ask for another one, as I had barely left the counter, I did not stand in the line as I already did that, to report something that was wrong with your product. The same lady who had just served me continued to ignore me as I did not follow the line, I then asked her to change the cake she had given me with a hair in it. She shouted in zulu, Maybe thinking I could not understand her. Asking who the hell I taught I was to tell her what to do, I responded again and said the cake you gave me has a hair in it. Shouting over the counter still in zulu, she asked another college to just take this cake away, inspect it as if we had ****. LOL .She then said just give them something else. Outraged at their behavior I began to shout at them, She had just given me a cake that was in front of her so what was the need to tell someone to just give me something else, this whole thing would have been so simple by her just changing the cake for the one that was in front of her but no she had to give me an attitude because apparently at checkers the workers don't get paid a salary to do a job, so the customers should do it for them. Firstly you guys are so dam unclean to be selling goods with hair in it. Haven't your staff heard of covid they were handing people cakes with no gloves or sanitization, their clothes touched cakes in the glass it was so perthitic, it was the first and last time I would go to your bakery. I do not work for checkers to be going through your goods looking for hairs, should be thankful that I didn't take a picture of it and post it disgusting.
