How unprofessional. Disgusting service. I'm so angry, that I feel like vomiting. How do do proud yourself on the best customer service and products. If one cannot provide a certain product service then why have the service. I bought a bus ticket from Johannesburg to Witbank. Now I have a emergency and need to take a bus back to Johannesburg. Now Checkers comes up with all these excuses. These were never explained when the ticket was purchased. Phone and spoke to a manager that just said cannot help me. She gave me to telephone numbers that just rings. I spend almost R200 on phone calls and just nothing. So why render a incomplete service. My friends always mock me for shopping here, have forever, but they right. I should just move on with them to Pick n pay or Woolworths. I'm so disappointed.
