Disgusting service from Sibongile Moyo

I'm more than disappointed, Checkers carnival mall service by the cashier was disgusting. Was accompanying pregnant lady to purchase few items, security let us in because pregnant lady wasn't supposed to queue that was courtesy. Now we have items where we were told not to queue we went to 10 items as per the ladies condition where the cashier said she will not assist as the lady has to go in line for a few items which weren't alot. Her name was Sibongile Moya that had a mouthful to say and even swear . How does one not able to have customer service s****s . Supervisor even demanded her to apologise however she still had attitude of not being helpful , it is such service that will not have me shopping at Checkers ever again. And as for word of mouth I will definitely ensure that my friends and family don't go there as well . It simply means she always gets away with what she is doing and never get reprimanded. I would appreciate it if this is dealt with and for her to be disciplined accordingly. And yes I'm expecting a respond of " we understand and thank you for your concern " well honestly I work with customers and this was the worst I have experienced myself . The people you employ is a true reflection of the business as a whole . I'm disgusted
