DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CHECKERS SOUTHGATE

I was at Checkers Southgate yesterday 28/11/2023 and i got there at 4pm in the afternoon when load shedding occurred. To my surprise Checkers was closed. The guard at the door advised the generator did not kick in and they waiting for the technician. I did a few things in the mall and when back at 6 pm. I stood and waited with the rest of the +- 40/50 people. Load shedding ended at around 6:30 pm. The guard at the door advised they still waiting for the tills to go on. We watched the machines go on from outside the door. Someone inside asked the stuff inside who is working late and nobody agreed. at 6:55 your store manager SIMO came out and said they will not be opening the tills are not coming on, which was not true because we could see that it was on. From 4 pm the manager SIMO did not bother to inform us as to what is happening. We stood like fools. When it was time for the shop to close he then comes and lies to us about the tills. One customer then said to him. They going to complain and his response was" NO PROBLEM YOU CAN DO SO ITS FREE" WOW CHECKERS
