Disgusting service from Checkers manager "Dion" at the SC Mall store.

This morning around 10.30 I was looking for tomato puree at your South Coast Mall store KZN. After about 20 minutes and of course no staff around to ask, I went to the manager's office. His name was Dion.

By the look on his face he was irritated to be disturbed even though was doing nothing. I told him there was never any staff around to ask for help and where was the tomato puree?

With great irritation he pushed past me to the door and proceeded to go past a teller which was closed so I looked for the main customer entrance and started to walk towards this. He then started shouting and screaming (ask your staff) why was I walking away from him? Which I wasn't.

We met inside the shop and he found the puree and said with a s***l on his face I "should have seen it in the first place". Unbelievable!!!

Never have I encountered such a miserable, irritating, arrogant and rude person in a retail store. Whitey Basson happens to be a personal friend of mine (I sold my business to the group some years back). And If this man is not reprimanded, after a suitable investigation, I will pass this complaint onto Whitey. I look forward to hearing from you. John Taylor.
