Disgusting service from Checkers Cradlestone and Checkers headoffice Customer Care

I went to Checkers Cradlestone Mall on Monday 21 June 2021 and bought 2 packets of Padkos peanuts and raisins. Two days later on Wedbesday 23 June 2021 I opened 1 packet during my lunch time as a snack and i hot a horrible surprise. Spider web like objects were in that pack and I had already eaten a quarter of the contents when I realised.

I then called the number on the pack and was promised that the Store Manager will contact me, I later was a missed call on my phone which was from Checkers Cradlestone Mall. After work around 16h30 I went to the store where I waited for about 30 minutes for the store manager to attend to me.

I was then given a refund and the store manager took pictures of the contents of the pack and sent to somebody to come and fetch it so that it can be tested at the lab. To this day which is 14 days later I am still waiting for Checkers to come back to me. I am disgusted by the kind of service from one of the stores that I highly perceived for so many years.
