Disgusting Service From Checkers Balfour Johannesburg!

Cannot believe you employ people who do not want to assist customers who literally pay for your salaries when they purchase products from your brand(Checkers, Balfour Park, Johannesburg). Greeted your staff member with absolutely no greeting back, what a bad start to my day so early in the AM, She then proceeded to say go to the other till I cannot help you. Not even thirty Seconds Later she is assisting someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Absolutely disgusting, a lack of work ethic, a complete disrespectful attitude towards people who shop at the Checkers brand(embarrassing for your brand might I add), left a bitter taste in my mouth. Im furious with the manager as well, i approached him to tell him how disrespectful this comes across and what bad service this was, only for him to say he will approach her and that he understands, no action took place for that appalling lack of service!!!!! I encourage you to pull footage from the 24 February 2018 roughly at 9:15AM onwards, where you will see me moving to another till only for your staff to assist another customer directly after, you will also see me approach the manager directly after this. The one positive is you do have some employees i.e the lovely ladies who assisted me after, i suggest you keep some of your staffs attitude in place. I am from a Retail background and know that assisting customers no matter how big or small is of extreme importance. I now know why customers feel bitter thanks to Checkers Balfour!
