Disgusting Service from a Manager at Checkers Northcliff Corner.

On the 17th of August 2019, went to Checkers Northcliff Corner with my mother to refund a Floor Pol Brush that was bought as gift for my mother. A supervisor by the name of Peter gladly assisted my mother with the refund and gave her cash back. My mom was later harassed by phone calls from Checkers Northcliff Corner requesting her to come and return the refund money for some odd reason. Upon my mother's return, a manager named Josephine Naidoo at Checkers Northcliff Corner she asked for the refund money back because apparently Peter was not supposed to give her the money but a gift voucher reason being the Floor Pol Brush was bought at Checkers in Fairlands and they do not have stock of it at Checkers Northcliff Corner, Josephine Naidoo called security to guard my mother like some kind of a ***** as she tried to force her to go to the office. She later threatened to contact the person who initially bought the Floor Pol Brush because she mentioned she checked the footage at Checkers Fairlands, my mother told her she had to go back to work and she noted that she does not care my mother should give her the money back. My mother left and she asked me (daughter) to go to Checkers Northcliff Corner to give Josephine Naidoo. I got there and Josephine Naidoo had this attitude when I asked her when has it ever been a rule that confirmation is required when one has to exchange or refund a GIFT? she asked who bought the Brush and I told her and she had this giggle and made me wait for a good 15 minutes while she went to the office to rant at my mother and threatening her while my mother told her a numerous times she's at work. I gave her the money back for the Floor Pol Brush and left.

This is a second this Josephine Naidoo has harassed me in a shop, earlier this year she questioned me when I went to Checkers Northcliff Corner to do my shopping with a shopping voucher, she took the voucher to check whatever it was she wanted to check came back and gave her staff a go ahead to assist me. I was previously employed with Checkers Northcliff Corner and left in good terms everyone there, I have never seen Josephine Naidoo in my life and for her to make my shopping unpleasant all the time is unacceptable and I am not going there to play fool but to actually spend my hard earned money and I decide to be treated like any other regular customer that is bringing business at Checkers Northcliff Corner.
