Disgusting service Disgusting to say the least

I bought on Sixty60 and the driver left my order downstairs. They normally take it to the customer.

I waited only to find out it was downstairs for a long time. I emailed Sixty60 and they said they looking into it. But never came back to me. I had an accident that was reason for using them it was mostly fridge products. Being downstairs it was thawing out especially with thus heat we experiencing.

I decided to take it to Checkers in Rosebank. I had to take a Uber as my car was written off. I had the most awful experience. A so called trainee manager who was so clueless. Leaving me waiting for 3 hours.I was dying with pain as I'm using crutches . I told her but she couldn't care less actually no one cared. I Spoke to a Senior Manager he said he can't help. I was shocked. He said Sixty60 Team must come . But you can't return to Sixty60 as they are at Checkers. I could take the pain. I was exhausted. Told them to calk me left the things there. Just every one was unhelpful. Other people hearing me telling them I need to go. They said they too had bad experience. The trainee manager name was the worst. They must refund my money. And will stop buying from Sixty60 ever again.
