Disgusting Service Checkers Meadowridge, Not Covid Compliant either

I went to Checkers Meadowridge yesterday around 18:03, as I am a working class woman. I did my shopping together with my 17 year old son. When I got to the till it was around 18:53 and the cashier as well as the packer looked at my trolley and there facial expressions said it all. They spoke in there language. Firstly I was not greeted, the till was not sanitised, a second experience at this store. She then started ringing my goods and without asking if I have bags just packed my groceries into plastic. I then told her I have my own bags. Whilst busy ringing my purchase she and the packer is having a hearty conversation with one another. I was highly irritated at this stage, cause just 3 weeks ago I had a bad experience as well. My goods were packed into the trolley, I paid and left. With Covid being apart of our lives when I got home I sanitised my groceries and checked it against my till slip. Only to discover the 1kg Kellogg's and 7kg potatoes was not packed in.

I am totally disgusted as a customer, as I'm in the service industry myself. I need the above issue resolved as I work hard for my money. I will never set foot in this Branch again. They have no clue what service is about. Even the lady who walks around with a customer service sash, must get some training. She is certainly in the wrong profession.

I await feedback very urgently as to how you will resolve the above mentioned.
