Disgusting service

I bought a aiwa flatscreen 40 inch on the 6july 2020 two weeks my LCD was broken I went to the gentlemen Yongama Lande who helped me and was told that the one year guarantee does not cover for LCD strange part of this is no where on my slip states the guarantee and what will be covered when anything happens to the television.. What hurt most is I'm a big lost of R2700 is down the drain and checkers just don't put any effort in to resolve the problem.yongama lande was so in a rush that day because he didn't wanted to loose his taxi no explaining nothing from his side....At game store when a person buy a television anything broken on it will be fix or replace another television...
