Disgusting service by checkers staff

<p>I had ordered a birthday caje for my baby a week ago and paid for it. I was told that i could pick up my cake at 09:00 am on 09/10/2016. I came to the store in durban north to collect the cake at 09:20 only to discover that the cake is not ready. The front end bakery staff were rude and disconcerned and when i approached the manager she too had no interest in sorting out this mayter. She just casually says to the bakery staff that they need to do my order. Had i not already paid for the cake i wouldve went somewhere else. I will not be supporting durban north checkerd ever again.. </p>
