Disgusting service at Checkers Burgundy Estate!

<p>Good day, I just got home from Checkers in Burgundy Estate where I had the following, disgustingly shocking experience: - Expired chicken that expired yesterday and was still on the shelf being sold - A staff member deliberately refusing to assist me and walking away (he was also rude and had a I don't care attitude) - At the pharmacy the service was very slow, rude and unhelpful (all I was buying was a box of panado's) - I complained to the manager and he was rude and unhelpful - Teenagers loitering outside the store on the jungle gym chasing away the children and the security doing nothing about it - Checkers staff in uniform sleeping and smoking on the grass outside the store when the store is busy and they very understaffed - Only 4 cashiers were manning the tills on a busy Saturday morning! Please, Checkers, kindly explain if this is the level of service that loyal customers of many years can expect in the future? And if not, why this store (which for many years until now was perfectly fine) has so many horrible issues?</p>
