Disgusting Service and sub par products

I am deeply disgusted at the service I recieved at Checkers Westgate Shopping Centre. Firstly I bought a salad that was rotten and when I tried to return it at the till point I was given serious attitude from the Cashier Maudelyn Mahafha. Who then further threw around the lettuce I had taken to replace the rotten salad. And also a fruit salad which I had taken from the shelf and was not priced. She told me to gp back and weigh the salad and it was not her problem that it was not priced.

As a customer service employee myself. I found it disgusting how she handled the matter. Management needs to deal with disrespectful staff. Furthermore, how does Checkers put rotten food on their shelves for us to buy. Had I not noticed I would have purchased a sub par product and put my health and that of my colleagues at risk.

I am deeply appalled.
