Disgusting Service

If you want the slowest service at an EXPRESS pay point or to just be IGNORED at a purchase point (i.e. coffee and cigarette counter) you must pay a visit to Checkers Gillitts. Either in store management cannot or will not motivate staff or Checkers H/O have never had a SECRET SHOPPER visit this store that service levels are so bad. When will employees understand that the client is KING and that the customer by making the choice to purchase from their store in fact pay their salaries.
