Disgusting Service

<p>I have had a terrible experience with your checkers canal walk, I have never before been so insulted and humiliated in my entire existance, I firstly purhcased samoosa leaves the afternoon, when I got home the product was inferior and continuesly broke, I decided to take the item back and return a Donut Maker I had purchased a few weeks before due to the person the gift was for already having one, when I arived at the store went to your kiosk the item scanned less then what I paid for R179.99 and I paid R199.99 the price I paid label was still on the shelve below the items, they contacted the dep manager MR Naidoo, who was a complete *****, he then advised well I need to pay the price is scans now, after i advised him he had terrible customer service he told the lady behind the kiosk to not do the refund, I then escalated this to the Regional Manager this morning, I went back to the store they replaced the item no apology no compensation for the back and forth to the store and no apology from your rude manager.</p>
