Disgusting Service

27 July 2022 I went in Checkers Greenstone Shopping Centre. With the hope of purchasing my Monthly groceries around 6 not sure exactly what time.

In any case the shop was still open and I went in so happily and tired from work to get groceries as that is the only time I had. I work 24hrs roughly.

As I was in the middle of my shopping a lady approached and asked if I was paying cash or card and I said card and she left me. A security came and told me I should finish as I was the only one left in the shop and they are closing.

Fast forward as I was about to finish a lady that looked like a manager approached me and took my trolley by force saying that as I finish picking my groceries she will be loading my staff.

I felt so offended as I didn't know were I was going to put some of the things I still needed.

I had gone to woolworth prior and then I was advised to use my woolworth trolley which was full already. Anyways I put my soaps and washing detergents on top of my ice-cream from Woolworth.

I was advised the store closes at 7 and I apologized and advised this is the only time I could come.

As I approached the cashiers there maybe 6 if not more waiting for me as though I had just ******ed someone. They had tagged all my groceries and I felt I might leave some things. They stared and spoke about me as I stood there.

I felt so hurt and belittled treated like I was an annoying customer. I am denying they closed however that was not even in my mind. I was at checkers Nicol way last month I was treated with respect. On top of that at woolworth same thing but I was never made to feel so embarrassed and horrible.

Then I decided to leave everything. This is the worst service I have ever received am sure shoprite is even better.
