Disgusting Service

Monday 1/02/206 , I had one of the most disgusting experience with Checkers Money Market Umhlanga Gateway . After spending a very long 1 hour in the line , wanting to get money that was transferred to me via money market, I got infront of the line thinking the wait is over , But no it was not. Very rude clerks where informing us they don't have money in their tills anymore, therefore they are only taking people who are doing payments or deposit. We again had to wait in line for them to gather money . After being tired of not knowing if I will ever be serviced, I spoke to a lady who seemed to be superior of the clerks, her name was Valecia, I wanted to find out if they did not have a solution to the mess that is going on. And her answer was , but we have no money , you should come in the morning the next day. <br> Now my concern is that CHECkERS at Gateway , seems to always have problems with money every month end. why is it that the money Market is not given extra money, as the shop knows that they do SASSA payments every month end. I find it disturbing that I will transact money with Checkers, but when I need it I am told there is no money, and no solution is offered.
