Disgusting service

The order was placed on the 16th September it was cancelled but the have been paid I am still waiting for a refund and customer care is so useless everytime I call they say I must wait 2 to 10 working days I am now on my 2nd 2 to 10 waiting period. I buy on this app on a regular basis and I have been extremely patient, this is unacceptable I need this issue to be resolved today next step is CPA ***
