Disgusting service

I visited checkers Northgate today and was appalled by the treatment I received. I bought items which scanned different prices to the ones on the shelves. The cashier then asked the packer to go check the prices. She then called Dora her supervisor who then reffered the matter to the trainee manager Boitumelo Maluleke who also did not even acknowledge or even greet me nor apologize for the inconvenience, she proceeded to punch in her credentials on the system to reverse the transactions. I am also in a customer service industry and would not treat any of my clients in that manner.

Pick n pay is closer to where I am but I prefer to go to checkers, but after the treatment I received today..... I don't think I will be going back there!!!!
