Disgusting service

I received the worst service from Checkers at pavillion mall Durban. On Wednesday I went to go book my bus tickets for a trip to Johannesburg, I gave the lady who assisted me everything and when she gave me my tickets I noticed that my return date was wrong but I let it go. When I got home I checked both tickets and noticed that my departure date was wrong as well. I went back to checkers pavilion mall the next day. They remembered all the details including the assistance manager but they couldn't change my ticket. They told me that I should go to Eldo coaches and request for them to cancel my ticket and I would be charged a 50rand admin fee. How was this my fault when it was the lady that was helping me faults. I'm disgusted by the service I received and the money I lost out on as I had to buy another ticket
