Disgusting service

I went to shoprite chamdor to buy bus ticket the lady who was helping 1st time was so helpful and going extra mile to me to get the ticket that is suitable to me.

Later that day I realized that the tickets shows the total amount not prices per ticket then I phoned the shop to ask if it is possible to get the price Nthabiseng said I can come the next day they will be able to help me at the money market.

The next day on the 01/10/2021 I went early in the morning around past 7hr the lady who was working at the money market was so grumpy looked like she didn't want to be there as if she was forced to come to work from her seating posture to the way she talks to customers. She told me the is no way they can help me and I must just calculate by myself how much each ticket can be from the total amount. I asked her now because we have kids and they do not pay same amount, she told me for kids is only a difference of 10% so I must just calculate by myself they do not have previous day slips to check for me and the is no way she can help me.

The worse part she told my why didn't I check the day I bought tickets, I told her is because I was so concern with the que as I took long with my transaction so I checked when I got home, she really has a nerve to talk to customers like that, simply means she is used to talk to customer like that. I'm so upset I wasted my petrol, so early in the morning I went there to spoil my day.
