disgusting sercive from head office filtered to all stores

I am utterly disgusted with the service and experience with Checkers i bought expired stock fron the shelf, secondly the manager did not know anything or did he apologise to me and finally i loged this incident and they said they will call me and so far i have not received a call, what kind of business are you running or is it preference according to which type of people are taken serios.
