DISGUSTING SALAD - NOT THE FIRST TIME

I have just come from Checkers in Bryanpark. I buy salad from the salad bar every day. For the past 2 occasions the cucumber has been wilted, lettuce brown and feta cheese is old. I cannot understand this Checkers. It is in an elite area, yet the quality of food sold is outrageous. This is not the first time that I have complained. The stock levels are always low in the veg and salad department. The salads in the salad bar are of very bad quality. The staff do no take pride in making good home salads, I am not talking about the pasta salads. Old tomatoes are used, old cucumber, old lettuce and old feta. I would not go back but because I only get 30 min lunch and the Checkers is across from my work so I am left no choice but to go there. Why cant the salads be made with fresh vegetables - why put in old stock? Its not safe and just not on! I am starting to wonder if the staff are told to use out of date stock, it must be which is totally unacceptable. I must also mention that when specials are on there is never any stock of the specials in store especially the chicken. Why is this? When is this store going to improve? Not acceptable!
