Disgusting price increases

I am so alarmed and disgusted in the price increases at Checkers lately. I have been unemployed since June, and I am a single mom trying to make ends meet. Your store specials are very helpful, but you have made several ridiculous price increases lately. I try to buy avocados for salads to eat something healthy and they have increased from R35.99 to R49.99 today in less than a month!!!! The first increase was to R44.99, but apparently a sudden extra R10 wasn't enough for you, so you had to make it R15. Watermelon is a treat for us, a quarter used to be R20 for years, now suddenly today when I am really struggling to make ends meet this month, the price has jumped to R30! It is a nightmare to buy essentials and actually try to eat healthy food, junk food is cheaper! I am so angry and disappointed, do you know that your staff cannot even afford to buy your products!?! I am so sick of people trying to line their pockets off of others who cannot afford it! I cannot even send my message on your website contact because it won't accept my name!?! Honestly!? What happened to your service!?
