Disgusting Managers, unhelpful and rude ******s!!!

Really very disgusted with Checkers Bluff. This is the third incident in two weeks and no one is serious about helping to resolve my issues. In fact, I feel so insulted because yesterday when I asked for the manager, the security at the entrance called a very young, short "gentleman" very untidy, dirty looking, badly dressed in a faded old pinkish t-shirt with an equally odd looking black jacket falling off his body, unprofessional attitude and appearance and asked him to intervene and he simply spoke to the guard in Zulu, not even addressing me, and said NO!!! I couldn't believe that Checkers would employ such a vagrant as a Manager, but apparantly he is the manager according to your staff. I have a picture of him because they were treating me disgustingly so I was forced to keep some proof to show head office!!! I was ****** twice by a lady called Adams who was also very rude on my last visit and she refused to help me. She promised she will call me back because the store did NOT have a single advert to refer to with regard to my insistance that I saw a price advertised which she denied. They ****** me for a chair, then ****** me for a stethoscope and now ****** me for some nuts that I bought in accordance to an advert for padkos. And their attitude STINKS!!! Your manager cannot speak English, ignores the client and just insists that the guard must NOT help me!!!! I am furious!
