Disgusting Management at your Meadowdale store

I went on sunday as i do every month to checkers meadowdale for my monthly grocery shopping. This month the queues were crazy long almost by the entrance, now normally i stand in the queues as i am special needs but this sunday with me also having the flu i was dizzy and not feeling well. I spoke to a staff member by the door and she told me to go the customer care they will help me there. I went there and i just didnt want to push in. the previous manager ( a lovely lady) knew my history and was always so caring and helpful. So i called the manager to try and explain my situation, she asked me how much groceries do i have i told her a trolley her attitude was we only do baskets here. I said ok then direct me to a till and i will pay there her response was o no i dont want any customer fighting with me because i am pushing you in. Well that was it.... I asked her but you are the manager and you are not pushing me in i cannot stand in long queues as i have had knee replacements. She walked away with no care in the world. Another kind gentleman assisted me at the customer care table and i paid for my stuff. I have never been so humiliated and made to feel that my illness is my own fault in a store before and i actually feel why do i even bother to support Checkers when us as customers and our plights dont matter. I spent alot of money there sunday and i do that every month maybe i should start supporting a store that actually cares.
