Disgusting management at Rivonia blvd

I was arrested for shoplifting even though I had not left the store and returned to the the counter to pay for the 2 chocolates that were out of sight in my trolley only to have despicable manager bongnani refuse payment and trying to detain me . when I attempted to leave the store without item I did pay for I was accosted and manhandled by security guards who subsequently damaged my expensive watch as it fell to the ground.i was humiliated and disgusted considering the many times I purchase from checkers sixty sixty and Instore.Apparently management are using case numbers to inflate insurance claims amounting to ***** and rewarding their security for every client stopped at door .This has to stop NOW
