Disgusting, lying, ********* manager

Had a very humiliating experience at Galleria Checkers. I explained to the manageress that I was traumatised by how her staff had embarrased me and insulted me, mocking me in front on many people. She promised me she would get back to me as soon as the lady got off from her duty. I told her I didn't believe her. She didn't even offer me a cup of water, yet I was shaking. She **** to me. As a manager, she is a **** and deceived me into trusting her. If Checkers employs managers like this, they are sadly not concerned about their loyal customers. I am horrified, traumatised and disgusted that she is so arrogant as to ignore my plea to her.
