Disgusting Customer Services

Yesterday i went to Checkers hypher Greenstone mall. I must say their service really made me feel like telling everyone i know not to use them ever. I went to collect money that was sent to me. I had to wait over 20min to get help at the counter, they called the supervisor Esther who couldn't be bothered and did not want to assist, Venessa who was serving me as well just stood there and told me straight, " you heard what the supervisore said". I wanted to withdraw R800 AND THAT WAS AT 16H00 Wednesday, when i arrived Vennesa stood up and went to go help someone that came after me to play the Lotto, I waited. when she was done she came back to ask what i wanted and i told her, she called Esther the said supervisor and her response was " I dont know who has that money. After waiting 20min I was then asked to move to another till to get my money.\ Disgusting customer service i experienced yesterday. Never going back there again.
