Disgusting Customer Service

I went to Checkers Boardwalk in Richards bay on Sunday 03/11/19 where we were met with such rude service from the cashier. We went to pay for our goods at the express till at 18:32pm and we were served by Nosipho Dlamini. We waited our turn as she was serving another customer, once that customer was finished she did not indicate that we could come to her till as she was doing prior to us arriving. She then whispered something to her friend in the next till across her who laughed and made the rude comment in IsiZulu of "Abeze abalandelayo abajahile" which translates to "Come those who are in a hurry" and she proceeded to laugh. When we got to the till Nosipho seemed very irritated by our sight did not even greet us. There were only two tills operating at the express till and we were the only customers in that queue so that remark was totally uncalled for. We are paying clients & we don't expect the cashiers to address us in this disgusting manner as we would never address them in that way. Checkers needs to invest in some customer service training for their cashiers because that behavior is truly unbecoming.
