Disgusting customer service

I was at the Checkers Century City branch two weeks back and empty crates fell on my arm while I was in store.I got hurt from my left shoulder.I stood there for ten mins before someone actually called me to come to the office.The Manager that was on duty phoned the Center paramedics.They came immediately and asked for deep heat and ice because they saw that my shoulder was swollen.The Manager that was on duty told me I have to take myself to the Doctor.I left all my details and went to the Doctor.Luckily nothing was broken but I never got a call from anyone from Checkers to see if I'm alright or anything.I was so ****ed off with the way they handled this matter.
