Disgusting customer service

You purchase their extra safe card, you register the card on their app, it shows your card number when you login. When you try use the card instore it throws out an error. Eventually 1 helpful store tried to hard to assist me, they tried to reload 3 different new cards for me but kept telling me we had to cancel my existing card but when they tried manually it told them that card was not registered in the sypro system. When we tried to cancel the card on my checkers app it told us the same error. I have logged a complaint with checkers over a week ago via the app and to date have not had any response back from them. Disgusting customer service
