Disgusting customer service

KwaDukuza Mall checkers .The most disgusting and rude branch admin manager .her name is sharmain .I purchased something at the jhb Sandton city branch and was told I can exchange it at the KwaDukuza mall branch as it was going to be the closest one to where I was visiting in kzn .upon my arrival the admin manager told me there’s nothing she can do as they don’t sell the product.it was purchased from 1 checkers and returned at another checkers but they can’t do it because they didn’t receive that stock .with every superior I tried speaking to it was attitude and ****iness to an extent that sharmain just threw my receipt by the sweets and walked away.I asked her to call the customer care and can I speak to them and she did not want me to speak to anyone else besides her and Tammy the regional manager who was just as unwilling to help and told me I need to return the items where I bought them or keep them because their adverts tell customers where to return.What kind of ignorance is that.Who watches adverts before walking into a store to buy.

Where is the customer satisfaction.I even opted for a gift card if giving back my money was an issue.my items are only 4 days old.But even the gift card itself or manual exchange / refund was not permitted.

Firstly checkers receipts doesn’t even have their return/ exchange policy on the receipt but Tammy said they have one on their adverts on tv and In their back office .

I didn’t get help there so I called their customer care and the lady who was “ helping “ basically said I either return it back in jhb and not in dbn or it’s just a matter of ***** you keep the item.

Im disgusted with the checkers store and customer satisfaction.it’s easy to take peoples money but once you have their money you not willing to assist and keep customers happy.even the stores overall google reviews is disgusting which shows the lack of customer experience
