Disgusting customer service

I am beyond disappointed with this service. I placed an order for 3 containers of litchis at 1:11 PM, with a promised delivery time of 2:11 PM. At 2:09 PM, I received a text claiming my order was returned to the store due to "lack of communication" because I might have been busy. This is ridiculous—I had my phone with me the entire time! Fine, I let that slide, thinking I wouldn’t make a fuss. But now, the refund process is a complete disaster. I requested my credit to be refunded back into my bank account, yet to this very minute, the funds have not been returned. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is unacceptable. Get your act together!
