Disgusting Customer

I bought a swiss roll at Checkers Heidelberg Gauteng on Friday. When my son was cutting it for us, he saw a cocroach coming out. I've called the store manager on Monday (25/05/2020) and he said that he'll ask the bakery manager to call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. I'm not a cake eater, the day I've decided to spoil myself, I had to come across such nonsense. Is that the kind of service you guys give to your customers??
