Disgusting Attitude from Tankiso Antoro

I lost my checkers points card over aonth ago. And for for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get a new card at Checkers FX Mimosa mall... I've never received any help cos I'm always told that their system is offline for the card.

Today around 10 during my lunch time , I go to checkers with a coallegue of mine, the lady assisting us, Tankiso Antoro was so rude and had an attitude for days. So I ask inform her that I need a replacement and how she responded was " That thing is gonna break my system" so I ask her could you atleast try because whenever I ask them to use my id number in place of the card, they refuse.

I've never felt so disrespected in my entire life. I get that systems are never realible, I work for a bank so I understand system clutches, but Tankiso' s attitude was stinking and I spent 30 min in the store and still did not get the card.
