DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM LAZY NON FOODS MANAGER

On the 30/08/2015 we purchased a plush toy horse from checkers hyper the Ridge. When we arrived at the till there was no barcode on this item therefore the cashier asked the manager/supervisor(cindy) who then asked the non foods manger (Aston) who then said it was R50 without checking on system or even asking someone to check, the cashier then proceeded to charge us R 50 we then told the cashier that this toy was R30 as we had seen the price before purchasing . She then put the red light on for assistance then cindy then walked past the till point about 3/4 times and did not assist. Another manager/supervisor was called she asked the non foods manger again what the price of this product was and he said the same thing. We then told the this manager/supervisor we saw this for R30,Aston then had a terrible attitude , He made my husband walk with him to the item and then show him the price which was actually prices as R30 . He was going to charge us R20 extra just because he was to lazy to walk a few steps to make sure and check. He then said that he was not aware that it was reduced and more excuses. His attitude was absolutely appalling.
