Disgusting attitude

Absolutely disgusted with the service from the breakfast counter. Asked for an omelette with some extra mushroom on the side, had my omelette shoved into my hands without Amy cutlery and was told to read the menu properly because they don't do that and the server walked away, I politely asked for cutlery so she came back and gave it to me while calling me a swearing at me in zulu thinking I couldn't understand. Absolutely disgusted and I will never set my foot there again until your staff are taught some people skills.
