Disgusting, Arrogant, Unhelpful, Pompous, Rude Management

Disgusted with the manager of Checkers, Bluff. He is insensitive to different cultures. His staff is boorish. They probably take their cue from him. Checkers is absolutely horrifying as they don’t realise that South Africa is made up of different cultures. This store has the worst management and staff. I ordered some goods and almost 3 hours later it had not arrived. Yet the app said it was delivered!!! When I phoned, Phumzile said she will call me back. However, they eventually sent him with lots of excuses. Why did they lie it was delivered? To ***** the goods probably. Anyway, with no apology, when I opened the goods, I went into shock!!! As a Hindu or Muslim, we DON’T eat pork. I ordered chicken and they sent HAM!!! My house is now polluted and desecrated. My religion has been disrespected and the arrogant manager didn’t even call me back because he was too busy according to the admin manager. The worker who packed the goods must be fired because of his callous disregard for our religion. This is a matter for the HRC. My rights are protected by the arrogant manager rudely ignores this. The whole staff there has to be re-trained. Especially about humanity. I am outraged about Checkers manager and his sick attitude. This is the most disgusting and horrible sin that they have committed. No respect for cultures, no regard for different religions and no humanity. Just greed!!! It is a very sick situation where managers act like they are God!!! Checkers Bluff staff are Sacrilegious. Blasphemous. Heretical! Obscene! I wish these rude, arrogant, shameless people are taught a lesson in whatever religion they believe in!
