Disgusting

Entered the store at 07:00 PM... only to find the staff clearing all the fresh food from the counters... the deli staff are disgustingly rude and clearly Unhappy with there jobs. The only people happy in the store are the cashiers and packers. In the bakery they have no rolls of any kind this has happened on numerous times. Upon exiting the store I approached the store manager to query as to why the deli starts packing the food away an entire hour before the store closes. His response is...ya ok but we have to pack it away early... very confused as I would think having it out longer would sell more and have less stale food to sell tomorrow... but clearly no one cares about buying fresh food but the people actually paying for it. After talking to the management of the store I now understand as to why the store is in the state it is. Actually a pity for a store that's just opened especially in an area like durban north...
