Disgusting!

Yesterday I purchased at Checkers The Colony (KZN) an icecream cake ro celebrate. Wow when I opened it the icecream cake to have melted and was full of ice. The cake was galf its size. I took a photo and sent with slip to customer service. Who do they blame the ice company. It's Checkers. This is the third complaint for the same Checkers. They sell stale doughnuts amd the crabsick salad is slimy and disgusting. Yet when you bring it to their attention it's always this or that or why didn't you take it back. Well some of us don't stay the a shopping center tre and the price of fuel in the end will be more than the salad. Will NEVER recommend buying their. A colleague of mine had the same but with Wraps.
