Disgusted with Checkers Hyper Gateway KZN

Totally disappointed with the customer service received today at Checkers Hyper, Gateway, Kzn. I simple concern was treated with no resolution from management staff, moreover a time consuming process. I clearly indicyated the fault was theirs that could be identified on camera, branch manager couldn't care less to investigate. Their best appproach was to leave the customer unsatisfied. Walked out of store upset.
