Disgusted service!!!!

I am so disappointed with Checkers Amajuba Mall,Newcastle .They have processed my utilitybill for R180 instead of R 1800.I have proof that I have paid R1800 which they are disputing .I feel like I have been ****** by Amajuba Checkers.What is worse is I have incurred additional charges by the municipality due to this theft!I have requested duplicate copies of the slip which they cannot provide me with.
