Disgusted in service delivery

Hi,

I'm really ****ed at your service. This was an important delivery yet you driver does not know how to work the app, and then cancelled my order because he could not find my address. Apparently this was not on my app, which was a lie. I refuse to wait for 10 days for my full refund...you have my money so please find a way to deliver my order today still. I'm so upset...I'm in Europe and always have been using your services. I'm so disgusted...Don't you know I pay additional costs because its a European account. Your service delivery is awful.... Sixty60...sucks ....train your drivers better on how to use your apps...
